Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ASOnest, operated by RGS Yazılım Ltd. Şti.. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be readable; nothing here is hiding.

1. The service

ASOnest provides App Store Optimization data and tooling: keyword research, rank tracking, competitor analysis, review analysis and metadata suggestions for the Apple App Store and Google Play. We provide it on a subscription basis under the plan you select.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and, if you are agreeing on behalf of a company, authorised to bind it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute ASOnest data as a competing product;
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits or access controls;
• Use the service to break the App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play policies or any law;
• Interfere with the service’s operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

Reasonable internal use of the API and exports for your own apps and your own clients is fine and expected.

4. Plans, trials and billing

Prices are published on the pricing page in US dollars, excluding tax. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing location.

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins and the first payment is taken.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

5. Refunds

If you are unhappy with a charge, email us within 30 days and we will refund it. We do not ask for a justification.

6. Data accuracy

ASOnest reports store data as accurately as we can measure it, and clearly labels what is a measurement and what is an estimate. Search volume, difficulty and winnability scores are estimates derived from public signals. Ranks are measured against live store results but may differ from what you see due to personalisation, timing and regional variation.

We do not guarantee any particular ranking, install volume or commercial outcome. App store ranking algorithms are controlled by Apple and Google and change without notice.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of everything you put into ASOnest. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy policy. You can export it as CSV at any time and delete your account from the settings page.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not offer a formal uptime guarantee on self-serve plans. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

9. Third-party marks

ASOnest is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. Other product names used on this site, including on comparison pages, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost installs or lost data where you could reasonably have exported it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practical and immediately where necessary to protect the service or other users. You may terminate at any time by cancelling and deleting your account.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
