Turn thousands of reviews into a short list
Nobody reads two thousand reviews. ASOnest clusters them by subject, scores sentiment over time, and tells you which theme is dragging your rating down this month — and which words your users keep searching with.

Three signals your star rating hides
Sentiment, not just stars
A four-star review that spends two paragraphs describing a bug is not a four-star signal. Sentiment is scored from the text so the two can disagree, and the disagreement is where the useful information lives.
Themes over time
Each cluster carries a volume trend and an average rating trend. A theme rising in volume while falling in rating is the thing to fix this sprint.
Rating drop alerts
An email the day your average starts sliding, with the reviews responsible attached — rather than three weeks later when you happen to open App Store Connect.
Your users named your app better than you did
You call it a "meal planner". Two hundred of your reviewers call it a "weekly dinner organiser". One of those phrases has search volume you are not capturing. ASOnest pulls the vocabulary out of your reviews and checks each term for real demand before suggesting it.
- Recurring phrases extracted across every language
- Each candidate checked against real store search volume
- High-volume, low-difficulty terms promoted into keyword research
- Feature requests separated from complaints and praise
What actually happens when you use it
- 01
Reviews import automatically
Add an app and its public review history arrives with it, across every country and language it has been rated in.
- 02
Sentiment is scored per review
Each review gets a sentiment score independent of its star rating — the two disagree more often than you would expect, and the gap is informative.
- 03
Themes are clustered
Reviews are grouped by subject rather than keyword, so “doesn’t sync”, “lost my data on my iPad” and “changes don’t show up on my phone” land together.
- 04
Trends and alerts
Theme volume and average rating are tracked over time, and alerts fire when a cluster grows or your rating slides past the threshold you set.
No. ASOnest analyses reviews rather than managing them. If replying to reviews is a daily job at your company, a dedicated review management tool such as AppFollow will serve you better, and the two work fine side by side.
ASOnest imports the full public review history available from each store when you add an app, then keeps collecting daily. Retention follows your plan: three months on Lite, twelve on Basic and twenty-four on Pro.
It clusters reviews by what they are about — sync problems, a specific missing feature, pricing complaints, onboarding confusion — and tracks the volume and average rating of each cluster over time. A theme whose volume is rising and whose average rating is falling is usually your next bug.
Sentiment and theme extraction run in every language your reviews arrive in. Themes are grouped across languages where they describe the same issue, so a sync complaint in German and one in Japanese land in the same cluster.
Set a threshold — a drop of 0.2 stars in 7 days, a spike in one-star reviews, or a new theme crossing a volume floor — and ASOnest emails you when it trips. The alert includes the specific reviews that caused it.
Your users describe your app in words you would never choose yourself, and those words are frequently high-intent search terms. ASOnest surfaces the vocabulary that appears repeatedly in your reviews and checks each term for real search volume before suggesting it.
